The Next Up Recruits Staff sees prospects from the states of Kentucky and West Virginia a multitude of times throughout a calendar year in various settings such as high school ball, AAU ball, and a variety of camps. Rankings are based not just on college potential, but a combination of overall talent level, production in various settings, and future college potential. These rankings are the opinion of our staff only and are subject to change until completion of a graduating class's high school career.
